MS_VBASEARCHDIRECTORIES

1. Select Workspace -> Configuration from the MicroStation pull-down menu.
   
   

2. In the left pane of the Configuration dialog scroll down to the bottom and select the Visual Basic for Applications category
   
   

3. In the settings section on the top center portion of the dialog select Directories to search for VBA category.
   
   

4. Place the .mvba file(s) in any of the folders listed in the Expansion section.
